This is a blog about sheep specifically Corriedales. Corriedales are a dual purpose meat and wool breed that perform well for both uses. They produce great fleece that spinners value highly. Our farm is in central Illinois.

Corriedale Wool....Meet Color!
This beautiful Hettinger Corriedale Roving was dyed by Dye-Namic Duo of Metamora, Illinois. Corriedale roving, yarn, and covered fleeces will be available at the Prairie Fiber Arts Guild's River City Fiber Fest 2015 in Peoria, Illinois on Saturday, June 27th.
